Has consulted and worked with national and international clients all across the world. He has worked on product development and management in both start-ups and with building top tier clients spread across diverse geographies with retail banking and mobile payments as the domain. Some of the products and solutions figure in the top quadrant of the Gartner and Forrester charts consistently.
He has played the role of a developer, analyst, architect, manager, director technology and is now the Founder / Enterprise Architect at Eturnti.
He has been the Vice Chair for the Togaf Standing Committee, UK working towards creating the next release of Togaf and also part of the Governing Board member for the CCICI of India for setting up cloud ecosystem in India with public, private and Government participation.
Has nurtured and built robust teams from scratch from grounds up at times including times when the only resources that were there were freshly plastered walls and smell of paint to full performing teams delivering on the product promise. Has developed COE’s for Database and Operating Systems Competencies in his previous avatars at the Finacle Architecture team at Infosys. Has spearheaded many change initiatives and built several tools and changes to existing frameworks which continue to be used at Finacle. Has built a response time measuring application end to end in a n-tier architecture with a highly concurrent response time which composes of several disparate IT systems and products using ARM4 standards from the Open Group among other key changes to the Finacle product suite. Has published thought leadership papers jointly and individually with leading ISVs/industry journals previously and also spoken at leading industry seminars. Was central to the knowledge management initiative at Finacle Architecture where the architecture certifications were rolled out to up the skill sets of people in the group. Has been part of many change initiatives driven at both Misys and Infosys driven by one among the big five consulting companies in driving strategic change at these companies. Was central to anchoring with various ISVs such as Redhat, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, HP and Sun to jointly mix and match solutions to position Finacle well in the IT landscape of Banks big and small significantly adding up the Finacle revenues.
Most recently was the Director Technology at Ondot Systems India where the role involved architecting, product management, product development, building a team from scratch and was part of taking the product developed across Bangalore, Pune and US to 5 beta customers including credit unions and financial institutions in the US.
Has performed the roles of an acting/interim CIO/CTO where required with clients and worked closely with the C layer members of organizations to drive IT and business transformations.
He has worked with Misys, Infosys, a Silicon Valley start-up Ondot Systems and lately founded a company Eturnti which deals in Mentoring Technology Leaders.
He spends his time training now mentoring folks to be become successful Technology Leaders.
